Jayendra is also the Director of Trans continental Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a boutique investment bank focused on special situations and private equity investments in mid sized companies in India.
Jayendra has a Bachelor's degree in Arts (Economics) from the Mumbai University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981.
